Trish specialises in mobile personal training espeicially for women, providing fitness solutions using a number of small pieces of equipment such as Swiss balls, fitballs, resistance bands, skipping rope, boxing pads & mitts, dumbbells or with no equipment at all, within alternative environments such as the home, work offices, parks, town centres or car parks. Trish can work with women of all abilities, providing traditional exercise programmes designed for goals such as weight loss, toning specific muscle areas, core development, attaining greater flexibility, and increasing cardio fitness more generally.
