For 1 hour, weekly block booked sessions 

  • 10 sessions £315 (10% reduction)
  • 15 sessions £446 (15% reduction)
  • 25 sessions £700 (20% reduction)

    For 1 hour, fortnightly block booking sessions

    • £70 for two sessions per month (inc 2 face to face sessions, food diary analysis/advice, motivational skills)  (spread over 1 month)
    • 6 sessions £199 (5% reduction) (spread over 3 months)
    • 24 sessions £756 (10% reduction) (spread over 12 months)
