Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Please allow at least 24 hours for cancellation for all types of scheduled fitness contacts. This allows Trish to schedule her time effectively in terms of giving the opportunity of cancelled sessions to other clients and avoiding wasted travel time. If you cancel in sufficient time, at least 24 hours before (see cancellation policy above), payment can be moved on to the following week so you do not lose your session time.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your training, Trish is happy to discuss the issues and if they cannot be resolved, a full money back guarantee can be substantiated.

Payment type

To pay for all types of fitness contacts you can make payments by cash, cheque, standing orders or direct payments via your bank or building society. Just Contact Trish about any of the above payment types for more info. For block booked sessions, all payments must be completed in advance of your session time.

Health & Safety

All participants of personal training are required to complete a Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire, with additional lifestyle and goal setting questions. Please be aware, you may be asked to visit your GP prior to commencing training, dependant upon the outcome of your PAR-Q.

All partipants are also required to sign an informed consent form, which acknowledges your understanding of the nature, purpose, and potential risks involved in the partaking of the prescribed physical activity.

Trish has a First Aid Certificate, public liability insurance & qualification certificates, which can all be available for viewing on request.
